I am a professionally insured Counsellor, AAMET qualified Advanced EFT Practitioner, and Emotional Health Specialist. I am also a member of the Complementary Therapy Association (CThA), Embody Professionals, Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP), The Stress Management Society and The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

I experienced this first hand having M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Having suffered from this debilitating condition for 10 years I was healed using the techniques I now practice.

I have since developed an integrative healing system which I use with my clients, treating a range of conditions, with a proven track record of results.

I have a background working with adults in a mental health charity and within a Domestic Violence agency, as well as with young people in secondary school, and with companies as a registered counsellor and coach. I was shortlisted as a top 100 business in 2010 for The Barclays Trading Places awards for excellence.

I now work with a range of clients: privately, in Government, Voluntary and Corporate based organisations, delivering therapy, coaching and training sessions. I also work as a CBT Therapist with a Medical Injury company with victims of road traffic accidents and for an EAP company.

I have my practices in The Cathedral Quarter in Derby and Ashby-de-la-zouch, working as a Counsellor, EFT Practitoner and Bach Flower therapist, and also work at Champneys Springs as a therapist for their private clientele.

This mix of personal experience, training and professional application has given me a solid foundation in better understanding human health and behaviour, so that I recognise how best to treat an individual, holistically and compassionately.
