Alexandra Bacon is a BACP registered Counsellor, a qualified Advanced EFT Practitioner, CBT Therapist and Emotional Health Specialist. She is also a member of the Complementary Therapy Association (CThA).

Alexandra is known for her creative, friendly and empathic approach. Having trained as a Professional Counsellor, NLP coach and CBT Therapist, she has worked with a range of different clients in the mental health, voluntary, education and corporate sector.

Alexandra integrates her range of skills and knowledge; from Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic Programming to solution focused approaches, as well as more cutting edge Energy Psychology Techniques in her work. Alexandra’s philosophy is to relate empathically with her clients and be a trusted and confidential advisor.

This mix of personal experience, training and professional application has given her a solid foundation in better understanding human health and behaviour, so that she recognises how best to treat an individual, holistically and intuitively.

Alexandra now works with a range of clients: privately, in Government, Voluntary and Corporate based organisations, delivering therapy, coaching and training sessions at home and abroad. Recent clients have included Shell and United Biscuits.

She started her business, Lotus Therapeutics which established her as a Wellbeing specialist in the East Midlands and was voted a top 100 business in the Barclays Trading places awards in 2010 and a finalist in The Women Inspiring Women Business awards 2013 in the Coach category.
