I offer a unique, integrative approach with my clients, rather than fixed programmes or monthly packages. In my experience, to be truly effective, therapy and coaching programmes must be focused and designed around the individual client.

With every client, I work together to identify the number and frequency of sessions they need in order to resolve their individual challenge.

The true value of personal change comes from your own commitment and investment in yourself. An initial programme of 4-6 sessions allows you the space and time to explore issues in depth and achieve specific goals.

At the end of this, I will review your progress and you can decide whether or not you would like more sessions to progress.

I provide one-to-one, confidential consultations that last between 60-90 minutes. In most circumstances these take place face to face or on Skype.

My clients are often busy professionals or individuals who appreciate the flexibility, efficiency and freedom that telephone or Skype coaching and therapy allows, within the privacy of your own home or office.

The cost of each session includes unlimited email support and brief phone calls between sessions, when required.
